Your account

Everything here lives under Application Settings β€” the gear in the header β€” on the web, and under the Account tab on mobile. The sections are the same; only the way in differs.

Profile

Your name, email address, password, language and timezone.

Name is what other people see on anything you share with them, so it is worth being something they will recognise.

Timezone is what dates are interpreted against. If you move, change it β€” otherwise an entry due β€œtoday” may roll over at the wrong moment.

Language switches the whole interface. Dates, times and numbers follow the language you pick rather than your device’s settings, so they stay consistent with the rest of what you are reading.

Additional email addresses

You can add a second verified address under Profile. This matters for sharing: if a colleague invites your work address and your account only knows your personal one, the invitation has nowhere to land. Verifying both means either will reach you.

Each address has to be confirmed by a link we email to it.

Connected applications

Integrations on the web, Connected applications on mobile, lists anything you have connected over our API β€” Claude, or another assistant through our MCP server.

Each entry shows what you approved it to do, when you connected it, when it was last used, and where from. You can give a connection your own name, which is worth doing if you connect the same assistant from more than one machine β€” otherwise they are hard to tell apart.

Disconnect ends a connection immediately, including any credential it is holding.

Blocked people

Who you have blocked from sharing with you, and the option to unblock. See Staying safe.

Deleting your account

At the bottom of your Profile, on either client.

This is permanent. It removes your account, your entries and your boxes. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover anything afterwards.

A few things have to be cleared first, and the app tells you which:

  • Items you have shared with other people. Revoke those shares, or the other person loses access to something they may be relying on.
  • Outstanding invitations you have sent.
  • Spaces you own. Hand them over or delete them.

Entries other people shared with you are not a blocker β€” those stay with their owner.

If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead. That keeps the account and your entries on the Free plan. See Plans and billing.
